ABOUT THE PRECISE GROUP

The Precise Inspection Group, LLC is an innovative, home-centric company based in Atlanta, Georgia, It was formed in 2016 after its founder Sharlton Merriman, experienced a poor inspection on his own home. Frustrated with the outcome, he set out to make a change. After working with companies like AT&T, Comcast, Charter Communications, and Verizon FIOS, Sharlton learned a great deal about technology, quality, and how to create excellent customer experiences. He applied this background and knowledge when starting The Precise Group.

For much of his life, Sharlton has held an immense passion for the construction and housing industries. He is certified through the State of Georgia and The Precise Group is a member of InterNACHI, The International Association of Certified Home Inspectors. Our team is trained on the most current technology in the home inspection industry and continuously takes classes on emerging issues and relevant topics to stay ahead of changing technology and industry trends.
